Adult Learn to Play Hockey Overview
The Adult Learn to Play Hockey program is for those who are brand new to the game and want to learn how to play hockey. Beginning with skating, each week will focus on the basic skills required to play hockey. Participants will learn the basics of skating forward, backward, stopping, and turning and edge control. Players will also learn the basics of puck control, shooting and passing.
